The Wraith, which debuted as the most dynamic Rolls-Royce in history.Geneva Motor ShowYou may recall that information was gradually released leading up to the show.

This Wraith, still in its pre-production phase, has already been unveiled in Japan.

This Wraith, said to embody the spirit of Charles Stewart Rolls, one of Rolls-Royce's founders, a pioneering racing driver and aviator from the dawn of the automobile era, has a body measuring 5,269mm in length, 1,947mm in width, and 1,507mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3,112mm, taking the form of a sporty two-door coupe. It is currently the lowest and has the shortest wheelbase of any Rolls-Royce.Charles Stewart RollsIt is currently the lowest and has the shortest wheelbase of any Rolls-Royce.

The 6.6-liter V12 twin-turbo engine produces a maximum output of 465kW (632ps) and a maximum torque of 800Nm. It accelerates the 2,360kg body from a standstill to 100km/h in 4.6 seconds.

Rolls-Royce emphasizes that while the suspension and steering have been subtly tuned to allow drivers to experience the joy of driving, the Wraith maintains the supreme ride comfort unique to Rolls-Royce and is by no means fashioned like a sports car.

The two-tone body features coach doors on the front-wheel side, providing access to the interior. In addition to the leather, which is said to be of Phantom-class quality, the Wraith's unique craftsmanship is evident in the wood paneling, which Rolls-Royce Motor Cars calls "Candel Paneling," inspired by luxury yachts.

The price in Europe is 245,000 euros (approximately 29.8 million yen). Deliveries are scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2013. In Japan, with enhanced equipment, the price is set from 31.95 million yen. Of course, the price is merely a reference. Personalization through Bespoke is also a great pleasure for Rolls-Royce owners.
