An Interior Fusing Japanese Tradition with Modern Sensibility

The mid-size sedan concept, the Q Inspiration Concept, made its world premiere.

The design expresses Infiniti's new design language with a flowing coupe style. At the front, distinctive styling elements such as the double-arch grille are visible. The doors are pillarless, incorporating a design that balances ease of entry and exit with aesthetic appeal.

The interior boasts a clean, minimalist design, stripped of excess. In the exceptionally quiet cabin, unique features include a human-machine interface (HMI) that offers a "meditation mode." The dashboard is trimmed with Kaba Zakura wood, and Nishijin-ori (Kyoto-woven brocade) is used in the inner door pockets, blending traditional Japanese elements with a modern atmosphere.

Furthermore, a compact 4-cylinder variable compression ratio engine, the "VC-Turbo," contributes to the expansion of cabin space. This engine achieves both the power of a turbocharged gasoline engine and the high efficiency characteristic of diesel and hybrid engines. The "ProPILOT" driver assistance system, for functions such as traffic jam and cruising assist, is also included.
