New Summer Colors Arrive

Fiat Chrysler Japan has announced that the five-door hatchback "Punto Evo," sold in Japan since 2010, will receive a minor update and its name will be changed to the globally common name "Punto." Sales will commence on September 1st.

With this minor change, the bumpers now match the body color, and two new exterior colors, a bright orange "Arancio" and a deep blue-green "Glamrock," have been added as optional choices.

All models are equipped with a 1.4-liter inline four-cylinder SOHC engine with an idling stop function. This is paired with a 5-speed "Dualogic" automatic transmission. The price is 2.3 million yen.
