Aston Martin Unveils Vanquish S with 600 PS

On November 16th, UK time, Aston Martin announced the new "Vanquish S."

Exterior and Interior Also Evolved

The current "Vanquish," which is the second generation announced in 2012,Vanquishhas been refined in its engine and chassis, giving birth to the evolved "Vanquish S."

The engine is a 6.0-liter naturally aspirated V12. Improvements to the intake system have enhanced intake efficiency, resulting in a maximum output of 600 PS, 27 PS more than the Vanquish. The transmission is an 8-speed "Touchtronic 3" semi-automatic.

Incidentally, Aston Martin also named the final model of the previous Vanquish "S," and rumors suggest the next model will feature a downsized turbo, following the recently introduced "DB11" in Japan. The Vanquish S appears to be the final model with the current engine.

The exterior has also been refined. It features a new aerodynamic package, including a front splitter and rear diffuser that expose the carbon fiber. The quad exhaust pipes add to its aggressive appearance.

Inside, new options such as Philograph quilted leather and satin chopped carbon fiber fascia panels are available, expanding customization choices.

The lineup includes two types: a coupe and a Volante (convertible) model. Pricing starts at £199,950 (approximately ¥27.2 million) in the UK and $312,950 (approximately ¥34.11 million) in the US. Pricing for Japan has not yet been announced. Deliveries are scheduled to begin this December.
