The 500 + BILSTEIN is based on the "500 1.2 SPORT," which combines a 1.2-liter inline four-cylinder SOHC engine with a 5-speed manual transmission. It comes standard with a Bilstein suspension kit. The kit includes inverted front dampers and standard rear dampers with adjustable ride height, along with H&R springs painted in Passo Doble Red. This setup promises sharper steering feel and enhanced driving stability compared to the normal suspension.

Visually, Bilstein emblems are affixed to the driver's door and rear hatch, and the minimum ground clearance is lowered by 30mm to 105mm compared to the standard model.
