C4 Cactus Debuts at the Tokyo Motor Show
Peugeot Citroën Japon has announced Citroën's lineup for the Tokyo Motor Show. Making its Japan premiere will be the "C4 Cactus," a compact SUV with a distinctive interior and exterior.

Cactus Scheduled for 2017 Japan Launch
Citroën has revealed its exhibition details for the Tokyo Motor Show, running from Thursday, October 29th to Sunday, November 8th.
The centerpiece will be the compact SUV, making its Japan debut, theC4 Cactus" C4 Cactus." First unveiled as a concept car at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, its original design and colorful body have earned it "World Car Design of the Year" accolades, marking the arrival of a new Citroën "face" in Japan.concept carconcept car
The C4 Cactus is powered by a 1.2-liter, 3-cylinder engine producing 60kW (82ps) and 118Nm of torque. Already available in Europe and other markets, a 6-speed automatic transmission model is slated for release in Japan in 2017.
Additionally, to commemorate the first anniversary of the Japan launch of the MPV"C4 Picasso" and "Grand C4 Picasso"" which was a Japan premiere at the previous Tokyo Motor Show, a limited edition model, ""Citroën Grand Picasso 1st Anniversary"", and the hatchback "C4", which recently received a facelift in September, are also scheduled to be exhibited.
Furthermore, following the practice in its home country, the DS brand will separate from Citroën and have its own independent exhibition space, a "DS booth," at this Tokyo Motor Show.
