The design is a collaboration between Nissan Design Europe in London and the Nissan Global Design Center in Japan, adhering to Nissan's design concept of "Emotional Geometry."

The exterior dimensions are 4,100mm in length, 1,890mm in width, and 1,500mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,580mm. Body panels are mounted on a carbon frame, revealing exposed carbon elements throughout. The front doors are gullwing, while the rear features rear-opening half doors. With no B-pillar, the doors open in a coach-style manner.

The front features a distinctive boomerang-shaped light design. A forward-facing camera is integrated within the lights, capable of recording all driving scenes and even streaming live footage globally.

The 2+2 interior, with its seats, also takes inspiration from racing bicycles.
