Proposing Cars for Outdoor and Active Lifestyles

At the previous Tokyo Motor Show in 2011, Suzuki unveiled the "REGINA" as a next-generation global compact.REGINAThis year's show will feature the "Crosshiker," a compact crossover utilizing the next-generation lightweight platform adopted for the Regina.

Despite its small car dimensions, the Crosshiker achieves a lightweight design of just 810 kg, comparable to a kei car, and is powered by a newly developed 1-liter 3-cylinder engine, balancing performance with environmental efficiency. While inheriting the "Regina's" concept, its exterior styling is more dynamic.

With the theme for this year's motor show being "Let's Create a New Story," Suzuki will also be showcasing a host of other vehicles designed for outdoor and active lifestyles, including the "X-LADER," a hybrid 4WD based on the "Jimny," and the "iv-4," a concept model for a compact SUV following in the footsteps of the "Jimny" and "Escudo."
