A Massive SUV Adorned with Lexus Icons

Lexus describes the "LF-NX" as a compact SUV, with exterior dimensions of 4,640mm in length, 1,870mm in width, and 1,630mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2,700mm. This makes it 130mm shorter, 15mm narrower, and 60mm lower than the current "RX450h"RX450h," with a wheelbase that is also 40mm shorter.


The exterior incorporates details that echo Lexus's current lineup, such as the large spindle grille, independent L-shaped clearance lamps, and a flowing side view that rises towards the rear, reminiscent of the "IS"IS," and slit-like rear combination lamps that evoke the "LF-LC"LF-LC." Furthermore, the prominently flared fenders lend a massive, SUV-like impression.

The interior features a futuristic design combining a metal frame with leather. The remote touch controller for operating navigation and audio systems uses a touchpad that can be controlled by finger gestures.


The powertrain utilizes Lexus Hybrid Drive, combining a 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine with an electric motor. Front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive are reportedly being considered for the drive system.
