Aventador Commemorating Lamborghini's 50th Anniversary
To commemorate its 50th anniversary, LamborghiniShanghai Motor Showunveiled a special edition of its flagship model, theAventadorAventador LP 720-4 50° Aniversario.

0-100km/h in 2.9 Seconds!
The Aventador LP 720-4 50° Aniversario, produced in a limited run of 100 units to celebrate Lamborghini's 50th anniversary, features a 50° anniversary logo plate.
As the model name suggests, its maximum output is 720ps, an increase of 20ps over the standard model's 700ps. With the "ISR transmission" boasting high-speed gear changes, it achieves 0-100km/h in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 350km/h.
The "Aniversario," which boasts significantly improved aerodynamic efficiency compared to the standard model, features large aerodynamic parts on the front and rear that enhance the aggressive appeal of its Giallo Maggio (May Yellow) body. This yellow, while a dedicated color, commemorates Lamborghini's founding in "May" 1963 and is a classic hue for Lamborghini models since the Miura, making the body shimmer with a transparent clear coat and fine metallic flakes.
In the unveiled model, the interior is also finished in yellow and black. The leather is high-quality semi-aniline, paired with a black called "Nero Ade."
Of course, this is just one example; the "Ad Personam" customization program allows for free ordering of body colors. In addition to yellow, "Terra Emilia," inspired by the earth tones of Lamborghini's home region of Emilia-Romagna, is also available for the interior.
Incidentally, according to Lamborghini, all models manufactured in 2013 will feature a 50th-anniversary emblem on the driver's seat.
At the Shanghai Motor Show, alongside the Aventador LP720-4 50° Aniversario, the Gallardo LP560-2 50° Anniversario, another 50th-anniversary commemorative model, was also exhibited.
This model features a special "Bianco Opalis" white body and a large carbon fiber rear wing inherited from theGallardo Super Trofeo, along with a transparent engine cover.
