A Crossover Concept: Sports Car Meets SUV

The new concept model "Parcour" from Italdesign Giugiaro is a two-seater coupe and roadster that blends the essence of a sports car with the character of an SUV. Positioned as a GT car, it is envisioned as a concept for younger drivers, emphasizing simplicity, agility, safety, and low environmental impact.

Its key feature is its adaptability to any environment, offering four distinct driving modes: Comfort, Off-road, Winter, and a high-speed mode for the circuit.



While its exterior shows some influence, the mid-mounted powertrain is shared with the Lamborghini "Gallardo," another member of the Volkswagen Group.GallardoThis is the same 5.2-liter V10 engine, producing a maximum output of 550 hp. Mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, it drives 22-inch wheels. The large wheels contribute to a high ride height, with adjustable ground clearance ranging from 210mm to 330mm. It accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 320 km/h.

The body dimensions are 4,530mm in length, 2,070mm in width, and 1,335mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,710mm. Utilizing extensive use of carbon and aluminum, the vehicle weighs 1,550kg. The carbon fiber doors are butterfly type.
