A Powerful and Swift Q3

The RS Q3 conceptAs previously reported, is equipped with a 2.5-liter inline five-cylinder TFSI engine, producing 265kW (360ps). It's a powerful model capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.2 seconds. The exterior, enhanced with carbon fiber (CFRP) for bumpers and spoilers, is painted in a matte "Ordos Blue" with a subtle hint of yellow mixed into the blue base. The interior features a cool image with black as the main color and blue accents. It sports 255/30 low-profile tires, which are not commonly used on SUVs, and stylish 20-inch alloy wheels with a sandblasted finish on the sides and a high-gloss surface.

A Flying Golden Dragon

The other model, "Q3 jinlong yufeng (meaning Golden Dragon in the Wind)," is a concept model for young, active individuals, named in honor of this Year of the Dragon. It particularly focuses on kite surfing, which has gained popularity in recent years.

The illuminated roof rails can carry two carbon fiber kiteboards, and the luggage space is lined with a durable liner that can accommodate dirty items without concern. This liner is a versatile sheet that can be folded for use as a sunshade or seat cover, proving useful in various leisure scenarios.

A camera called "Audi Cam" is stored in the left wall of the luggage compartment. This camera can be attached to a helmet during kite surfing, transmitting video wirelessly to the vehicle via WiFi. This footage can then be further transferred to the internet from the vehicle.

The interior is unified in gray, black, and yellow. The roof liner is gray Alcantara, and the interior surfaces are black with yellow accents.

The powertrain is a 2.5-liter inline five-cylinder TFSI with a maximum output of 228kW (310ps). The red-painted head cover and assigned plug numbers, similar to the aforementioned "RS Q3 concept," evoke the atmosphere of a racing car. The wheels are fitted with 20-inch tires of size 255/45, and the ride height is raised by 30mm compared to the standard model to enhance off-road capability.
