Harmonious, Happy Days with Ayurveda: Part 1 | BEAUTY

Integrate into your daily life for mind and body wellness

Nice to meet you, I'm Eri Tanioku. I usually work as a twin model with my older sister, Ema. I share beauty information on Instagram and YouTube, utilizing my qualifications as an Ayurveda Advisor and Gut Health Planner.

The reason I started studying Ayurveda and gut health was due to a past experience with panic disorder. There was a period when I felt extreme anxiety, unable to even ride a train, or be in enclosed spaces or crowds, and I became somewhat reclusive.
I hated myself like that and desperately wanted to change! It was a heartfelt plea for help. That's when I discovered Ayurveda.
Ayurveda aims to prevent illness and maintain mind and body health by incorporating practices such as meditation, yoga, oil massage, breathing exercises, and dietary therapy using herbs into daily life.
What I consciously did in my daily life was drink warm water in the morning and enjoy light yoga before bed. I also drank herbal tea because it calmed my mood.
When I had time, I cleared my mind of distracting thoughts by meditating using an app. Apps are recommended because they provide very clear guidance even for beginners. Meditation helped clear away my anxiety and feelings of unease ♪

In fact, 90% of serotonin, known as the "happiness hormone," is found in the gut. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that keeps the mind calm and brings about positive feelings and a sense of well-being.
Hearing that simply improving gut health can make it easier to feel happiness, I also started studying gut health.
Many people probably think gut health sounds difficult. However, simply making a conscious effort to include fermented foods and dietary fiber in your daily meals can have significant positive effects on your gut.
This is how I incorporate them.

Since I've gradually become more conscious of these practices, my constipation has improved, my sensitivity to happiness has increased, and my skin condition has gotten better – it's all been positive. I would be happy if you could try starting with just one thing.
Trying to do everything at once can be overwhelming. In the future, I hope to share methods that are easy for beginners.
