Today, I'd like to talk about food. Just as important to me as skincare is what I eat. In my early twenties, my diet was unbalanced. Despite a meticulous skincare routine, my skin problems persisted, which was a constant worry.

When my skin was troubled, even makeup couldn't lift my spirits, and I often felt down. I imagine some of you might be struggling with similar feelings. I'd like to share my experiences in the hope that they might be of some help.

Gradually, I started paying more attention to my diet. I learned that eating too much oily food can make my skin more prone to breakouts, so I began to limit it. When a photoshoot is approaching, I make an effort to eat foods that are gentle on my body.

Above all, I believe it's important not to push yourself too hard! I love potato chips and juice, so I've decided to eat them when I crave them. Restricting yourself too much, like feeling guilty after eating sweets or believing your skin will break out if you don't eat healthy foods, can lead to stress and a vicious cycle. It's important to start with what you can do, without being too hard on yourself.

Since we're going to be eating nourishing foods, I wanted to introduce some stylish and enjoyable places. Today, I'll be sharing some recommended vegan lunch spots that are both delicious and healthy.

First up is "Alaska zwei" in Ikenohata. The interior is calm and inviting, perfect for a spontaneous visit.

The recommended dish is the "Soy Meat Gapao Rice." It's so flavorful and satisfying, you'd forget it's made with soy meat. Served with side dishes, it's a wonderfully filling lunch plate.

They also have a wide selection of desserts, making it a great place to visit just for coffee. I'd love to come back when I want to spend some relaxing time.

Our second pick is "PARA TACO" in Daikanyama, offering organic and vegan Mexican cuisine! I ordered the "Buddha Bowl."

A Buddha Bowl is essentially a healthy salad bowl with various vegetables and grains served together on a plate. It's a vegetarian bowl without meat or fish! They also offer many other types of Mexican dishes, all of which look tempting.

Our third recommendation is "gelato pique cafe bio concept" in Omotesando. The interior is incredibly charming! With ample seating, you can often get a table without waiting on weekdays.

The standout dish is the "Strawberry and Red Vegetable VEGAN Salad Bowl."

Topped with chickpea and soy meat karaage, it's very filling. The balsamic dressing was rich and delicious!
