A special 'Organic Beauty Event' to refine beauty from both the inside and outside will be held starting April 3rd (Saturday) at the Tamagawa Takashimaya S.C.

Known for "Vitality Coaching®," a self-care method comprising four pillars—the healing power of plants, daily nutrition, mindful breathing, and self-massage—SHIGETA aims to help people live vibrantly and comfortably every day. First, on April 3rd, a 'Private Coaching Event' with Chico SHIGETA, the founder of SHIGETA, will take place within the Terracuore Collezione store.

Following that, on April 4th, a 'Vitality Coaching® Seminar' will be held. This interactive seminar allows participants to learn SHIGETA's self-care methods while enjoying a salad made with high-quality honey and select olive oils from Agronatura, following Chico's recipes. It's a highly enriching experience, perfect as an introduction to SHIGETA for both existing fans and newcomers.
