Born in 1849 in Grasse, the world-renowned perfume capital of Provence in the South of France, is "Molinard." The brand, which has remained a family-run business and can be called one of the foremost perfumery houses, initially specialized in natural scents using herbs and flowers from the local Grasse region, such as floral waters and colognes. They created numerous single-note fragrances, and 11 years after its founding, in 1860, "Mimosa" and "Rose" were recognized by the French Perfume Association, laying the foundation for French perfumery as we know it today.
Last year, all fragrances were re-envisioned, primarily focusing on single-note types. With redesigned bottles and packaging, they launched "La Collection," based on five categories – "Oriental," "Floral," "Fruity," "Fresh," and "Feminine" – embodying the "traditional beauty" that only a historic maison can possess and create, expressed through perfume.

From left: Oriental "Vanille Marine Eau de Toilette," Floral "Fleur de Figuier Eau de Toilette," Floral "Mimosa Eau de Toilette," Fruity "Mûre Eau de Toilette," Fresh "Eau Fraîche Eau de Toilette," Feminine "Musc Fruité Eau de Toilette." Price: All ¥5,775 (100ml)
