Cultivating Beauty from Within: The Appeal of Oil Beauty (3)
The SEVEN FLOW series, a natural skincare brand from Bi-Fine Laboratories, supports the creation of healthy, radiant skin from within by improving bodily circulation. This time, we focus on the exfoliating facial cleanser 'Marble Mousse' and the spoon-shaped beauty tool 'Venus Patting'!

Quickly adsorbs with clay, removes gently. We've also focused on the scent and texture.
'Marble Mousse' is an exfoliating facial cleanser that removes old keratin and waste products, performing the fundamental skincare step of cleansing the skin. Within the SEVEN FLOW series, it also serves to create a foundation that maximizes the penetration of 'Herb Circulate Oil,' which we introduced last time.
As you know, 'Marble' means marble stone. We named it with the wish that you would achieve skin like 'white, noble, and radiant marble.'
When old keratin and waste products remain, it's like applying skincare over a layer of plastic wrap on your skin. Even if you try to introduce moisture and nutrients, they won't penetrate as effectively. Therefore, it's necessary to remove them properly. However, forcibly peeling them off risks removing essential keratin. To avoid causing unintended skin troubles, it's important to 'remove gently.'

Exfoliating cleansers often have a harsh image of scrubbing or peeling, but Marble Mousse is not a scrub cleanser; it's an 'adsorbent' cleanser that removes impurities without burdening the skin. This is due to the action of clay ingredients such as bentonite, kaolin, and calcium carbonate. Clay ingredients, or minerals, have a negative charge, so they naturally cling to positive ions. This eliminates the need for vigorous scrubbing. It quickly blends with and adsorbs old keratin and waste products, gently removing them.
Furthermore, it is packed with natural beauty ingredients such as Madonna Lily root extract, Edelweiss extract, and Jasmine, ensuring thorough moisturization. It works in two layers, introducing moisturizing ingredients while absorbing impurities, so you should feel supple skin, moisturized from within, after washing.
We've also paid attention to the scent and texture. The aroma of jasmine, geranium, and orange flower is a blend of refreshing and floral notes, creating a relaxing scent. Even if it's good for the skin, if it smells like an old man's hair tonic... (laughs).
If you can't use it comfortably and enjoyably, it's meaningless. I absolutely did not want it to be solely about function. Scent stimulates the cerebrum, linking to memory. Therefore, every time you pick it up, just thinking 'that wonderful scent' can lead to positive thoughts. This is important for continuing your skincare routine long-term. The texture is very loose and viscous, just like a mousse. It makes the treatment enjoyable.

Apply an appropriate amount to dry skin, gently spread in a circular motion, and then
Rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
The usage is simple: just apply to the skin and spread. There's no need to lather. As you spread it in circles, it will initially turn white and then become transparent. This is the sign that it has 'adsorbed.' Then, just rinse as usual.
Apply generously around the nose and other areas where roughness is a concern, leave it on for 2-3 minutes to allow it to adsorb old keratin and waste products while also promoting moisturization.
After rinsing, apply 1-2 drops of Herb Circulate Oil to the soft, dewy skin, and it will penetrate smoothly. Lotions and serums applied afterward will also be absorbed effectively.
The skin after penetration feels like velvet. The skin becomes one shade lighter than before washing, which is proof that old keratin has been removed. Keratin accumulates without us realizing it.
Marble Mousse can also be used on the body. The body, having moved vigorously, accumulates old keratin and waste products even more than the face. It is recommended for resolving roughness on elbows, knees, and heels.
Care for the 7 Important Beauty Points with This Single Product
The spoon patting method I advocate is a very simple skincare technique of just 'lightly tapping' and 'lightly pressing' the skin with a spoon. I have widely introduced it through various media, including this OPENERS content, TV, and magazines.
The reason for using a spoon is that its material can be easily heated or cooled, and its curved bowl perfectly fits the contours of the face and body. Applying a chilled spoon tightens pores and creates clarity. Tapping stimulates the capillaries, improving blood and lymph circulation. Alternating with a warmed spoon further boosts metabolism.

Venus Patting, ¥3150, Material: Stainless steel, gold-plated (24K)

While you can certainly use a spoon you have at home, I recommend a dinner spoon for larger areas of the face and body, a teaspoon for smaller areas, and a stirrer for delicate parts like the eyes, collarbones, and neck. If you have to gather multiple spoons to use them appropriately, some people might find it troublesome. If you try to use just one spoon for everything, it could even damage your skin, which is dangerous. As someone whose motto is 'easy beauty,' this was a problem I couldn't overlook. I realized I had to create a spoon that could fulfill three roles!
And so, the spoon-shaped beauty tool 'Venus Patting' was completed. By adding a stirrer-like spherical tip, it combines the functions of large and small spoons into one. The bowl part has a certain weight while being maneuverable. The cylindrical handle is ideal for massage that pushes and glides across the skin.

We were also particular about the gold (24K plated) coating from the beginning. As you all know, it's beautiful! The manufacturing was entrusted to a factory in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, famous for its Western tableware. I was present during the production, making requests like 'this way, not that way' (laughs). Thanks to that, we were able to create a product I'm satisfied with. The polishing technique is superb, resulting in a mirror-like shine.

Using the back of the spoon, gently pat from the inside out on areas like the cheeks that are not sensitive to tapping.

One of the seven key points, the armpit. Press the back of the bowl against it to stimulate the lymph.

When caring for the eye area or lymph, use the stirrer-shaped spherical part.

Using the cylindrical handle, gently push and glide along the lymph from under the eyes towards the temples.
This is no longer just a spoon; it's a proper beauty tool. With this single Venus Patting tool, you can care for the seven important areas for beauty: 'ankles, back of knees, groin, abdomen, armpits, collarbones, and behind the ears.' Please give it a try.
