Breitling introduces a new colorway to its special edition "Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Black Mother-of-Pearl Japan Edition," created exclusively for Japan. The sub-dials and the outer ring of the slide rule have been rendered in black, lending the model a more elegant and chic aesthetic.

The Navitimer has been favored by pilots and aviation enthusiasts since its debut in 1952. As the world's first chronograph equipped with a slide rule, and certified as the official watch of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), it is a representative Breitling timepiece that fuses unique functionality with design.

Following last year's "Navitimer B01 Chronograph 43 Black Mother-of-Pearl Japan Edition," the first Navitimer chronograph version to feature a mother-of-pearl dial for the Japanese market, new models with special colors for Japan have now been created.

In addition to the mother-of-pearl dial, highly popular in Japan, the outer ring of the slide rule and the sub-dials are now black, creating a subdued color palette. This results in a more elegant color scheme.

Above the 12-hour totalizer, the inscription "SPECIAL EDITION" denotes its status as a special model. Inside the case beats Caliber 01, a COSC-certified chronometer, representing the highest standards of precision and reliability. The beautiful movement can be admired through the sapphire crystal case back.
