Introducing a Special Model with Titanium Alloy: The GMW-B5000TCC-1JR
G-SHOCK has released the GMW-B5000TCC-1JR, a special model in the GMW-B5000 series, which is a full-metal rendition of the first G-SHOCK, the DW-5000C.

Enhanced Durability and Mirror Finish with Titanium Alloy: A Special Model with Practical Features
A new model has joined the GMW-B5000 series, which features a full-metal design inheriting the square form of the first G-SHOCK, the DW-5000C.
The new model boasts a unique design where the circuit board pattern of the GMW-B5000's module '3459' is engraved using black IP coating and laser. The laser is applied before and after the black IP coating, creating a textured finish with a sense of depth due to the two-stage engraving process.

Furthermore, the new model utilizes TranTixxii®, a titanium alloy developed by Nippon Steel Corporation. This material retains titanium's characteristic lightness and skin-friendliness while offering approximately twice the hardness of pure titanium and achieving a beautiful mirror finish comparable to stainless steel.
In terms of functionality, it features Bluetooth® connectivity for acquiring accurate time information via a dedicated app. Additionally, it includes practical features such as a time correction system using standard radio waves (Multi-Band 6), stable operation powered by Tough Solar, a high-luminosity full-auto LED backlight, world time, and day-of-the-week display in six languages.
