Embodying Ancient Japanese Beauty with Meticulous Attention to Strength and Refinement

The "MRG-B2000" is a model that inherits the strength and aesthetic sensibilities passed down through ancient Japan, with meticulous attention paid to every detail, including its structure, functions, materials, and finishing. The outer circumference of the dial features cuts inspired by fans and folding screens, creating a simple yet elegant texture. The indices are finished with fine lines on their beautiful edges and curves, a testament to Yamagata Casio's nano-processing technology, evoking the curvature of a Japanese sword.
The "MRG-B2000B-1A4JR" is designed around the theme of "Akazonae," referring to the troop formations of Sengoku warlords clad in vermilion armor. The color "red," long revered as a symbol of strength and said to have been used by commanding generals to showcase their forces' valor, is used in the bezel's colored inlays and scattered across the dial. This design, layered with G-SHOCK's brand colors of black and red, expresses a unique, enduring strength that transcends time.
Functionally, it supports smartphone connectivity via radio wave reception and Bluetooth® communication, offering practical utility. The case and bracelet are made of titanium, treated with deep hardening and a DLC coating for enhanced scratch resistance, presenting a black exterior. The silver "MRG-B2000D-1AJR" features deep hardening and a titanium carbide treatment. Parts of the case and bracelet are finished with Zaratsu polishing to achieve flawless surfaces, and anti-reflective coated sapphire glass is used, demonstrating meticulous attention to strength and refinement in every detail.
