ROGER DUBUIS, in partnership with Lamborghini's motorsport division, Squadra Corse, has unveiled the "Excalibur Spider Huracán EVO2" timepiece, inspired by the "Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2." It will be released in a limited edition of 88 pieces.

From the racetrack to your wrist – the "Excalibur Spider Huracán EVO2," a fusion of Italian supercar DNA and ROGER DUBUIS's exceptional watchmaking expertise, has been unveiled.

The movement features the self-winding, single-balance wheel caliber RD630, embodying powerful performance, much like its namesake racing car.

The design incorporates distinctive khaki and orange colors, drawing heavily from racing design codes, and the honeycomb motif, a hallmark of the Huracán, is also reflected in the timepiece. The twin barrels and the balance wheel, tilted at a 12-degree angle, are characteristic features common to collaboration models with Lamborghini Squadra Corse.

From the back of the case, one can admire the semi-skeletonized movement, featuring a 360-degree rotating cone that replicates the speed effect seen in the Huracán's wheel rims. It is a timepiece that embodies the pinnacle of mechanical engineering.

The case is crafted from SMC carbon, a material virtually identical to that used in the Huracán's monocoque chassis and body panels.

The bezel is made of black DLC titanium, inspired by the aerodynamic design of the supercar. Furthermore, details such as the crown, reminiscent of the Huracán's racing nuts, and the upper carriage, evoking the strut bars of a V10 engine, underscore its heritage as a timepiece derived from a racing model.

The strap combines rubber and Alcantara, offering both comfort and flexibility. The inner lining features the same pattern as the Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires, renowned for their performance on the track.
