Design of the double-dial chronographs popular in the 1940s and '50s
It has an authentic impression that immediately conveys a sense of quality.
The blue dial is surprisingly versatile, pairing well with both black and brown shoes.
And it makes your wrist look classical yet light.
Carl F. Bucherer has added new blue dial variations to its 'Manero Flyback' chronograph, released in 2016. It is available in two models: one with a stainless steel bracelet and another with a textile strap.

A New Icon Model of the 'Manero Flyback' Enveloped in Blue
The modern cosmopolitan mindset involves not only being well-traveled but also exuding confidence and style for success anywhere in the world with an open mind. The 'Manero Flyback' was developed with precisely this attitude in mind. This iconic series is now joined by new models featuring a blue base, reminiscent of distant horizons. The stainless steel case encircles a blue dial, which is adorned with chronograph counters, a small seconds sub-dial, a date display, and central hour and minute hands.
The movement is powered by the precise automatic caliber CFB 1970, with a 42-hour power reserve, providing ample energy even for long journeys. The flyback mechanism allows for reset and restart with a single push of a button.
This stylish new model is available in two versions: one paired with a supple, nine-row stainless steel bracelet, and the other with a blue textile strap woven with fibers that create a sense of depth through their sheen. This latest creation is not only an homage to the creativity accumulated throughout Carl F. Bucherer's long tradition but also a celebration of the passion for exploration and discovery that has driven the company since its founding by Carl Friedrich Bucherer in 1888.
Sasha Moeri, CEO of Carl F. Bucherer, states: "This cosmopolitan spirit is part of our heritage. It has fueled our creativity since the company's inception and remains a core value that supports us today. In 1888, Carl Friedrich Bucherer laid the foundation not just for a brand, but for an open, global corporate culture. His sons, Carl Eduard and Ernst, traveled the world and studied abroad, opening their first branch in Berlin in 1913 and expanding to South America a few years later, yet they remained committed to their roots in Lucerne."
Born from this spirit and exceptional manufacturing, the 'Manero Flyback' has its roots in Lucerne, Switzerland, but its stage is the entire world.
