An 80th Anniversary Commemorative Model Appears
Citizen Watch celebrates its 80th anniversary. A commemorative model is set to be released from its flagship collection.
The CITIZEN
This classic three-hand watch features a substantial 18K yellow gold case, offering a refined and luxurious finish. The dial, in a beautiful champagne gold, draws inspiration from the "snow" of Shinshu, where Citizen assembles its movements and cases. It masterfully captures the gentle shimmer of freshly fallen snow reflecting light, exuding a serene charm.
Citizen has long been a pioneer in eco-friendly timekeeping with its wide range of Eco-Drive light-powered watches. This mechanical timepiece is also conceived as an "environmentally conscious product." It is powered by the "Cal. 0910" automatic movement, the first fully developed automatic movement in 30 years for the brand. This watch is truly befitting of Citizen Watch's 80-year history, marking a significant milestone.
Following this model, commemorative editions from Citizen's signature lines – "Attesa," "Exceed," and "xC" – are scheduled for release from June onwards. We eagerly anticipate the new face of Citizen, a brand that has consistently pursued excellence in watchmaking.
Automatic (Cal. 0910), 18K yellow gold case with alligator strap, limited to 80 pieces, ¥840,000
