New G-SHOCK models featuring the 6900 series' first metal bezel, plus a special 25th anniversary model.
From shock-resistant watch brand G-SHOCK, three new models in the "6900" series—known for its distinctive triple-eye indicator—will feature a metal bezel for the first time. Additionally, two models, the "DW-6900SP," adorned with a monogram on the LCD to commemorate the series' 25th anniversary, will be released on Friday, February 14, 2020.

Metal Bezel Adds a Sophisticated Aura to a Streetwear Staple
Since the release of the "DW-6900-1 V" in 1995, the G-SHOCK "6900" series has been a popular choice in street fashion, serving as the base for numerous collaborations with fashion brands. In 2020, it celebrates its 25th anniversary.
The metal case undergoes a multi-stage molding process.
This series introduces three new models, the "GM-6900," which marks the first time a metal bezel is used. The bezel, with its intricate, multi-layered shape, is repeatedly refined through approximately 20 forging processes and several cutting and polishing stages to achieve its distinctive form in metal. A combination of mirror and matte hairline finishes enhances the metal's inherent luster. The lineup includes the silver and black "GM-6900," the black and red "GM-6900B," and the gold and black "GM-6900G," with each colorway accentuating the rugged design.
Also arriving are two "DW-6900SP" models celebrating the "6900" series' 25th anniversary. The black "DW-6900SP-1" and white "DW-6900SP-7" feature colorful faces with a gradient finish that shifts color depending on the viewing angle, and are equipped with blue, green, and pink "triple-eye" indicators. The digital display incorporates a special 25th-anniversary monogram, making these truly unique models.
