Selecting Global Golfing Icons

OMEGA consistently generates buzz with its ambassador collaborations, choosing influential figures from the world of sports and entertainment. The brand's roster of ambassadors is remarkably diverse, including golfers Sergio Garcia and Michelle Wie, Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, actor George Clooney, actress Nicole Kidman, supermodel Cindy Crawford, and astronaut Buzz Aldrin, among many others.

This year, the chosen ambassador is the legendary golfer Greg Norman, nicknamed "The Great White Shark." Norman's appointment as an OMEGA ambassador was announced during the OMEGA European Masters Golf Tournament held in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.


Greg Norman is renowned for his aggressive playing style. Since turning professional, he has won 20 titles on the U.S. PGA Tour, including The Open Championship in 1986 and 1993, accumulating a total of 91 tournament victories. He held the world number one ranking for an impressive 331 weeks in the late 1980s and early 1990s, cementing his status as a golfer of exceptional skill and renown. His talents now extend to the business world, where he serves as Chairman and CEO of Great White Shark Enterprises, internationally developing various businesses centered around the golf and golfer lifestyle.
