Precision and Functionality Proven by British Arctic Expeditions, Merged with Modern Elegance
Founded in 1926 by Hans Wilsdorf, the creator of Rolex, Tudor was born from the desire to "create pioneering timepieces with the quality and reliability of Rolex."
The "North Flag," newly added to the Japanese lineup, is inspired by the 26 "Tudor Oyster Prince" watches worn by the British North Greenland Expedition in 1952, which proved their robustness, functionality, and accuracy in harsh conditions.
The "North Flag" features a scientific design for modern adventures, blending the spirit of the "Tudor Oyster Prince" with contemporary technology and elegance. Its 40mm case presents a flat dial with white Arabic numerals and bar markers at 12 and 6 o'clock, accented by a yellow seconds hand and power reserve indicator.
The masculine case, integrated with the bracelet, features a bezel combining steel and black ceramic. Through the see-through case back, one can admire the in-house chronometer movement (MT5621), COSC-certified and offering approximately 70 hours of power reserve.
