From Daily Step Counting to Workout Support and Data Management

"G-SQUAD" is G-SHOCK's sports line, equipped with essential functions for logging and measuring daily training. This series now introduces five models that adopt practical utility colors, blending seamlessly with both fashion and training environments.

In terms of functionality, the watches connect with the dedicated "G-SHOCK Connected" application to assist individual activities with features crucial for workouts. They include a step counting function using a 3-axis accelerometer, a multi-timer function essential for interval training with up to five time settings and 20 repetitions, and a stopwatch function supporting lap time memory for up to 200 records. These capabilities simplify the management of daily health monitoring as well as activities aimed at maintaining and improving physical fitness.

Furthermore, app connectivity enables easy operation of features such as step count logs with exercise intensity levels, calorie calculations, target step setting, timer menu creation and transfer, stopwatch data storage, and consolidated data review. By creating training menus and recording data, sports can be enjoyed more intimately.

Naturally, the watches also uphold G-SHOCK's core values, featuring automatic time correction four times a day for home and world times, alarms, needle position correction, and time swapping. The band's design, with a back wing at the base and a newly shaped loop keeper, prevents slippage during exercise. Additionally, the band features numerous holes for fine size adjustments, ensuring exceptional comfort.
