Four Models Inspired by G-SHOCK's Past and Present Designs
Since its inception in 1983, G-SHOCK has continuously evolved in both function and design. This anniversary year sees the birth of a dazzling new collection that combines gold with a skeleton aesthetic.
This limited edition model evokes the image of glaciers, which stand out even in harsh environments, and merges it with the essence of G-SHOCK. The main material used is a highly transparent clear skeleton. The first skeleton model, introduced in 1996, sparked a major trend. In this sense, the skeleton design is an indispensable element in recounting G-SHOCK's history.
Four variations will be available. The DW-5735E, based on the DW-5000 which has made a full comeback for the 35th anniversary, and the DW-5035E, which adheres to the original square design, both feature gold coloring on the case, screw-back, dial, and LCD, creating a stylish ambiance.
Meanwhile, the GA735E, based on the popular new standard big-case model GA-710, and the minimalist GA-835E, feature white resin cases that allow a view of the internal components, offering a unique aesthetic.
All models are special editions, featuring a 35th-anniversary engraving on the case back.
