A One-Day Event Held Amidst Yokohama's Historic Architecture

“BREITLING DAY & EVENING in YOKOHAMA”

BBREITLINGCommon Time Motomachi by CHARMY, an authorized dealer of Breitling, will host a one-day event, “BREITLING DAY & EVENING in YOKOHAMA,” on December 5th at the Yokohama Creative City Center. Against the backdrop of Yokohama's historic architecture, a luxurious space will be created, featuring displays of Breitling's new and limited-edition models.

Lectures by Watchmakers and Displays of New & Limited Models

“BREITLING DAY & EVENING in YOKOHAMA” will be held at the Yokohama Creative City Center, known for its 1929 neoclassical architecture, befitting Breitling's luxurious ambiance. Organized by COMMON TIME to allow many people to experience the charm of mechanical watches, the event will be divided into two parts: Day and Evening. The Day session, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, is open to the public free of charge.

The venue will showcase Breitling's new and limited-edition models, including the Navitimer, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. Furthermore, a lecture by a Breitling Japan watchmaker will be held to explain the in-house designed movements, offering a comprehensive experience that delves into the intricacies of the watches, not just their exteriors.

Outside the venue, guests will be greeted by the latest models fromBENTLEYthe Continental GT & GTC V8, with whom Breitling has a partnership. Inside, the space will be adorned with photographs taken by Kazuyuki Takahashi, a pioneer in watch photography, who has spent nearly 20 years photographing at Breitling in Switzerland.

In the evening, the invitation-only “BREITLING EVENING in YOKOHAMA” will take place. A talk event featuring Mr. Takahashi, author Takeshi Matsuyama known as the "King of Wristwatches," and writer Mitsuru Shibata will be held. Additionally, wines from the South of France, curated by the Chairman of Breitling, are scheduled to be served. It promises to be an occasion for engaging in watch discussions while enjoying wine and food in an environment surrounded by beautiful timepieces and exquisite photography.
