First 50 Guests Invited to Talk Event!

The 15th model in the ISSEY MIYAKE WATCH PROJECT, "W automatic," will be released on Saturday, October 8th. "W automatic" is a new series that further evolves the "W" series, designed by Satoshi Wada, a leading Japanese car and product designer. The "W" series is characterized by its robust design, cultivated from Japanese traditional beauty.

For this project, Mr. Wada approached the mechanical watch, the origin of timepieces, as a primitive tool. By delving into the design of mechanical watches, he has created a new worldview while inheriting the robust design of the "W" series, which is cultivated from Japanese traditional beauty.




To commemorate the release, a talk event with Mr. Wada will be held on the previous day, Friday, October 7th. We are inviting the first 50 guests to this talk show, where you can hear directly from Mr. Wada about his daily design work and his thoughts on ISSEY MIYAKE WATCH design.

Guests attending the event will receive a special benefit: the option to purchase the "W" and "W automatic" models in a special box signed by Mr. Wada. Catering services will also be provided on the day, allowing guests to enjoy the free time before and after the talk show.
