On Sunday, January 10th, the 73rd Golden Globe Awards were held in glamorous fashion near Los Angeles in Beverly Hills. At the awards ceremony, OMEGA Brand Ambassador Eddie Redmayne served as a presenter, drawing attention to the "Constellation Globemaster" he wore on his wrist.

New Constellation Shines on the Red Carpet

Last year, Eddie Redmayne won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor for "The Theory of Everything" and went on to win the Academy Award for Best Actor. His refined looks are well-known, and his acting prowess is highly acclaimed, establishing his talent as an actor worldwide. This year, he appeared on the red carpet with his wife, Hannah Bagshawe, as a presenter and as a nominee for Best Actor in a Drama Series for "The Danish Girl."

Adorning Eddie's wrist as he elegantly sported his formal attire was OMEGA's new model, the "Constellation Globemaster." The model, with its fluted bezel featuring fine grooves surrounding a dodecagonal pie-pan dial, exudes a classical yet dressy presence. The case back features a relief of an observatory against a background of eight iconic stars and brushed & polished skies, elegantly telling the story of OMEGA's prowess, which achieved numerous outstanding results in observatory competitions during the 1940s-1950s when the first Constellation was launched. The watch's story, intertwined with Eddie's recent successes, can be seen as reflecting the confidence of a world-recognized top actor in both name and substance.
