This time, a precious limited edition model has been released from their extensive archives.

The World's First Analog Quartz Remade

Watch fans may recall that SEIKO developed the world's first analog quartz chronograph in 1983, but it wasn't in the style of a conventional wristwatch.GiugiaroYou might be surprised to learn that it was designed by Giugiaro.

The highly acclaimed Giugiaro design remake model has been revived for the modern era as a historical timepiece.

Its appearance is undeniably innovative. The asymmetrical shape, with its large protrusion on the right side, still looks avant-garde today. This protrusion is cylindrical, housing the chronograph's start/stop button at the top and the reset button at the bottom. This arrangement makes the buttons remarkably easy to press, and it makes sense when you hear that it was designed and engineered with the intention of operating with the right hand while gripping the steering wheel with the left.
