The "Direct Flight" model, achieving the thinnest in the series' history
CITIZEN's "Series 8" pursues a "less is more" aesthetic. For its seventh collection, the brand presents an Eco-Drive radio-controlled watch with world time, realized in a simple, modern, and slim design. The form is refined to its essentials.

Simple & Modern
The case, constructed with an "eight-part structure" (hachitai kōzō), the stainless steel case and bracelet with a finish that highlights the material's texture, and the dial design based on black and white——CITIZEN's "Series 8" has appealed to design-conscious individuals with its simple, modern style reminiscent of contemporary architecture.
This seventh iteration adopts an unprecedentedly slim case measuring 9.67mm. While the diameter remains 43.6mm, the watch presents a significantly sleeker impression on the wrist compared to previous models.
Naturally, the functionality is equally impressive. It features maintenance-free Eco-Drive light-powered movement, a perpetual calendar, chronographCITIZEN's signature Direct Flight (world time) function, and radio-controlled capabilities supporting standard radio waves in four global regions. It's a practical, enduring piece that pairs seamlessly with business suits and stylish casual wear, truly a "hidden gem."
