A Clean Black and White Contrast Evokes the Original
The "Speedmaster CK2998" was born in 1959.
This model appeared as the second-generation Speedmaster and is known as the first OMEGA watch worn in space. It remains a model that continues to be strongly supported as a vintage piece.
CK was the abbreviation at the time for stainless steel material. The Speedmaster began featuring a bezel from this second-generation model, and it was also equipped for the first time with a meter linked to the Chronograph.
The limited edition "Speedmaster CK2998 Pulsometer" is an updated version of that iconic watch. Its distinctive feature is the pulsometer scale on the bezel, which allows for pulse measurement, rather than a tachymeter.
The three subdials and the polished ceramic bezel are unified in black, creating a clean contrast with the white dial. The strap is also black perforated leather with white rubber lining on the inside.
The case back is designed with the original Seahorse emblem and engraved with the serial number, signifying its special status.
