A High-Spec Limited Model Encased in U-boat Steel
The "U212.S.E" is a diver's watch compliant with stringent German industrial standards and European diving equipment standards. Its capabilities are so robust that DNVGL, a world-leading classification and certification society, guarantees its functionality and pressure resistance up to a depth of 1000 meters. It is truly a professional timepiece with exceptional functionality.
The case is made from U-boat steel, used in German submarines, offering excellent resistance to seawater. Sinn's unique surface treatment, Tegiment technology, provides high scratch resistance comparable to ceramics.
A dry capsule is set at the 6 o'clock position on the dial and within the movement. This Ar-damp technology ensures the interior remains dry and free from condensation, even if moisture enters the case. The unique coupling method for the rotating bezel prevents it from detaching even under strong impact. This particular model features an all-black finish with a black coating on the surface. The luminous color of the ivory-colored indices evokes a vintage feel. It is a top-tier diver's watch, not only for its high specifications but also for its design.

A Three-Hand Version of Sinn's Space Watch
Sinn timepieces have a history of being used in space. In 1985, the "142", and in 1992, the "140" model, were worn by German astronauts and famously ventured into space – legendary chronographs indeed.
This new "240.ST" model is a three-hand version of the current chronograph, the "140". The case shape is a traditional design dating back to the 1970s, an oval form inspired by the pilot's watches adopted by NATO forces. True to its heritage as a space watch and Sinn's tradition of aviation timepieces, the dial offers excellent legibility in darkness.
The crown at 2 o'clock is used to rotate the inner ring on the dial's periphery. By aligning this with the minute hand, it can be used to record elapsed time for various missions. Sinn's unique D3 system integrates the crown shaft with the case, providing robust protection against side impacts, dust, and moisture. It is a dependable and trustworthy model.

A Mission Timer for Firefighting and Rescue Operations
"EZM" in "EZM7.S" is an abbreviation for the German term "Einsatzzeitmesser," which literally translates to "mission timer." This model inherits technology developed by Sinn for special forces, and the "EZM7" was created as a mission timer for firefighters and rescue teams.
The most distinctive feature of this limited all-black model is the three-color segmented bezel and dial scales. These represent color scales defined by German firefighting operational standards, indicating activity times and facilitating easy reading of timings for tasks such as switching breathing apparatus after rescue or firefighting operations commence. Furthermore, it is packed with Sinn's signature special technologies, including high magnetic resistance of 80,000 A/m, a case with highly scratch-resistant Tegiment technology and black PVD coating, Ar-damp technology to protect the watch's interior from moisture, and the use of special oil guaranteeing accuracy between -45°C and +80°C. Its high water resistance of 20 bar is also reassuring. Such heavy-duty timepieces offer unparalleled reliability for everyday use and are recommended for everyone.
