What is the new generation "Highlife Collection" timepiece?

The "Highlife Collection," introduced by Frederique Constant in Autumn 2020, embodies the brand's long-held principle of "accessible luxury" through its design, quality, and price. A key feature is its contemporary, integrated case and strap design.
Furthermore, it employs an interchangeable system, allowing straps on all "Highlife Collection" models to be swapped with a single touch. Each model comes with an additional rubber strap, enabling effortless customization to match your outfit for the day.

The dial features a motif of the Earth, evoking notions of completeness and harmony. Protecting the environment through active commitment is a shared value for modern individuals striving for a sustainable society. Mechanical watches, which do not require battery replacements and produce no waste, align perfectly with an SDGs-conscious lifestyle, as they are ultimately designed to last.

A Perfect Opportunity to Acquire a New Generation Timepiece

Mechanical watches are designed to be cherished for a lifetime, requiring an overhaul (maintenance) every few years. Frederique Constant recommends an overhaul approximately every four years.
An overhaul involves removing the movement from the watch case, disassembling all gears, checking for any malfunctions, cleaning the gears and plates to remove dust and old oil, re-lubricating where necessary, and reassembling the movement.
This process is akin to a regular service for a car. While not legally mandated for watches, it is essential for ensuring their longevity.
This campaign was conceived by Frederique Constant to highlight the importance of this maintenance. Sending a watch for an overhaul can feel like sending a child to the hospital, but when it returns, polished and renewed after a few weeks, it brings a sense of joy and a fresh perspective. Owning a mechanical watch means experiencing this cycle. The brand's support for this process is a thoughtful gesture.
Frederique Constant 2021 Highlife Campaign
Until Sunday, April 11, 2021, customers who purchase a Highlife Collection watch at participating stores nationwide will receive a "complimentary overhaul voucher." This campaign reflects the brand's desire for owners to cherish their timepieces for years to come.
The "Highlife Collection" currently features three series.
