Chrome Hearts x Robert Mapplethorpe Collaboration
“CHROME HEARTS FOR MAPPLETHORPE” Collection

Robert Mapplethorpe, one of the 20th century's greatest artists, consistently pursued balance and perfection in composition and subject matter, exploring themes of still life, portraiture, nudes, and sexuality with passion from his early career until his death.

On November 15, 2006, in New York. During a casual dinner with friends in São Paulo, Brazil, designer Richard Stark heard someone remark, "If Robert were alive today, he'd surely be wearing Chrome Hearts." This sparked the collaboration project between Chrome Hearts and the Robert Mapplethorpe Foundation.

Valuing the inspiration and resonant imagery evoked by Mapplethorpe's works above all else, and dedicating ample time to meticulous refinement through repeated trial and error, a collection of Chrome Hearts' signature items—apparel, jewelry, and accessories—was born in April 2007.

Chrome Hearts x Baccarat Collaboration
“Baccarat for Chrome Hearts Crystal Collection”

On July 4, 2006, coinciding with the opening of the Chrome Hearts Paris store at 18 Avenue Montaigne, Chrome Hearts and French crystal maker Baccarat unveiled the “Baccarat for Chrome Hearts Crystal Collection.”
Over more than two years, both companies engaged in close consultation from concept to design, merging the centuries-old heritage of Baccarat crystal with Chrome Hearts' distinctive design aesthetic to realize this unique collaboration.

During a visit to the Baccarat factory in France, Richard Stark was captivated by the timeless beauty of pieces like the "Harcourt" collection, a Baccarat icon since 1841. Baccarat then created a special custom order for Chrome Hearts.
By adorning Baccarat's signature silhouettes with Chrome Hearts' iconic motifs, the collaboration successfully infused tradition with innovation, resulting in a collection of compelling new appeal.

Chrome Hearts & The Rolling Stones

The Rolling Stones, the world's most successful rock band.
On November 3, 2002, an exclusive collection, “Chrome Hearts & Rolling Stones,” was officially announced at a fashion show held in Los Angeles, attended by press and celebrities.
This partnership resulted in a collection unlike any seen before, positioned at the pinnacle of Rolling Stones-related merchandise.

The collection originated from an approach by The Rolling Stones, who proposed, "Could we create a collection featuring our trademark 'Lips & Tongue'?"

Richard Stark and his wife Laurie expressed, "We've always done whatever we wanted, but there was still something left undone. We love rock music, and we love The Rolling Stones. So, we had to do this." The collection is entirely composed of items created for The Rolling Stones, who were closely involved from the planning stages to the final production.

"Their style, their uncompromising pursuit of detail and quality—we're incredibly excited about this collection with them." (Charlie Watts, Drummer for The Rolling Stones)

The Chrome Hearts and The Rolling Stones collection features leather jackets, accessories, and fine jewelry including women's gold and platinum diamond pieces.
