A gala dinner featuring a course with luxurious ingredients like lobster and tenderloin, plus six types of premium sushi. A plan with free-flowing champagne is also available!

Andaz Tokyo will offer a visually stunning and decadent menu, perfect for ringing in 2021.
At "The Tavern - Grill & Lounge," located on the 51st floor, guests can savor a course menu featuring luxurious ingredients such as lobster, tenderloin, and fresh seasonal Japanese produce, all to elegantly mark the end of the year.
The grilled Canadian fresh lobster, seared in a high-temperature rubber rock oven, is a visually striking masterpiece. Caviar, often used in cold appetizers, is generously added to accentuate the beurre blanc sauce, enhancing the rich lobster flavor. For the main course, we recommend the domestic beef tenderloin served medium-rare. The beef is first slow-cooked at a low temperature, then seared in the high-temperature rubber rock oven, a two-stage cooking process that maximizes its deep, savory taste. The addition of freshly shaved black truffle at your table adds a delightful flourish. Accompanied by live jazz performances, the second part of the evening includes free-flowing Veuve Clicquot champagne, offering a unique way to welcome 2021.

Beyond the noren curtain at the back of the rooftop bar lies "the SUSHI," an intimate, adult hideaway. This year, we are once again offering our highly popular annual gala dinner.
This year, we welcome newly appointed Chef Eiji Nakamura, who will showcase his extensive knowledge and skills with unique creations. The sushi course features six carefully selected premium ingredients, including fatty tuna and sea urchin, as well as "Matsukawa-karei," a prized flatfish often called the king of flatfish. The grilled course includes exquisite dishes such as lightly seared domestic Yukimuro-aged beef, prepared with the chef's special touch.
