At The Tavern Grill & Lounge on the 51st floor, indulge in 'Surf & Turf,' a dish that combines the rich, meaty flavor of red king crab, often called the king of crabs, and seasonal lobster with succulent roast beef, expertly grilled in The Tavern's signature high-temperature grill oven.
The grilled red king crab is prepared in a lava stone-lined grill oven and finished with a herb butter sauce, maximizing its rich flavor and texture. The roast beef, a popular main dish also featured in weekend brunches, offers a tender and juicy meat experience. Enjoy it with the accompanying rich seafood gratin.

At the first-floor Cafe & Bar 'BeBu,' a new dinner plan features 'Goulash,' a traditional German and Hungarian stew, a rarity in Japan.
Goulash is a rich stew where beef tendon is tenderly simmered with tomatoes and sweet, smoky paprika powder, creating a deep red hue perfect for warming up on a cold winter's day. Its characteristic sweetness and smokiness from the paprika are balanced by the tangy sour cream, adding depth to the flavor. It's recommended to enjoy the accompanying garlic baguette, buttered potatoes, and vegetable pickles by dipping them generously into the beef goulash.
