Yakiniku Ushigoro, Offering an Unrivaled Meat Experience, Launches Its First Takeout Menu!

Yakiniku Ushigoro, a brand developed by Sang Co., Ltd., which also operates Ushigoro Bambina, Ushigoro Kan, and CINA new modern Chinese, began offering takeout menus that can be enjoyed at home or in the office from Wednesday, April 15, 2020.

Introducing Exquisite Yakiniku Bento Boxes, Available Only for Takeout!

The takeout menu, a first for the four brands including Yakiniku Ushigoro, features bento boxes made with virgin female beef of A5 rank Wagyu, the highest grade of Japanese Black cattle, specifically chosen for its low fat melting point. In addition, customers can enjoy popular menu items from each brand and a variety of exquisite dishes developed by chefs with unique concepts exclusively for the takeout menu.

The idea behind this takeout menu development was to allow customers to enjoy authentic yakiniku and Chinese cuisine at home, which are usually only available in our restaurants. Sang's product development team brainstormed and prepared a wide range of menu items. Why not savor the superb meat and Chinese dishes that the Ushigoro brand prides itself on, right at your home or office?

Ushigoro Special Zabuton Bento (4,500 yen)
Zabuton, also known as 'haneshita,' is located beneath the chuck rib and is an extremely rare cut, yielding only a few kilograms per head of cattle. It is a beautifully marbled cut with a refined, melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich flavor. We hope you will fully enjoy the fragrant, juicy umami of the meat, carefully grilled piece by piece after being coated in our special sauce.

Bambina Special Sirloin Bento (4,500 yen)
The king of meats, sirloin, is prepared as a bento. This juicy and tender cut, with just the right amount of marbling, is carefully grilled over charcoal by our chefs. The exquisite balance of the smoky char and the rich sauce perfectly complements the rice. We hope you will try Bambina's popular menu item.

Kan Special Misuji Bento (4,000 yen)
Misuji is a highly popular cut at Kan, known for its unique texture, tenderness, and melt-in-your-mouth quality. As it has low moisture content, overcooking is strictly prohibited. The misuji, carefully grilled one slice at a time by our chefs with exquisite temperature control, is served over fluffy, freshly cooked rice. We encourage you to wrap the rice with the meat and enjoy it together.

● Exclusive to CINA New Modern Chinese: Rich Egg and Crab Fried Rice (2,000 yen)
This highly popular dish is now available as a takeout menu item. It generously uses 'Awassodachi' chicken from Tokushima Prefecture. The gentle flavor of the fluffy, rich egg enhances the sweetness and umami of the crab, creating a luxurious fried rice.
