Remy Cointreau Japan, the company behind Bruichladdich, a single malt Scotch whisky born in 1881, has recreated the "Bruichladdich Whisky Festival 2022" held on the Isle of Islay, Scotland, at the Roppongi Hills Grand Roof Plaza. This event offers a casual way to enjoy whisky.
The "Islay Whisky Festival" is an event held on the Isle of Islay, the spiritual home of whisky in Scotland, where people enjoy whisky alongside various experiences such as listening to music, conversing with friends, and eating food from stalls.
Remy Cointreau Japan is recreating the "Islay Whisky Festival" in Roppongi, offering an opportunity to experience the authentic "Islay Whisky Festival."
Last year, we held our first pop-up event, "Bruichladdich The Pop-Up," with the theme of "recreating the nature of the Isle of Islay in Roppongi." This year, in its second iteration, the theme is the "Islay Whisky Festival," introducing the "music," "food," and "people of Islay" that form the background to the connection between Bruichladdich Distillery and the island. It's an event to learn about Bruichladdich Distillery, its brands, and the people of Islay.
