A New Way to Enjoy Restaurants: "Apéro"

"Apéro" is short for "Apéritif," a custom of casually enjoying light food and drinks in the early evening before dinner. At bills, guests can savor curated alcoholic beverages and appetizer small plates at attractive prices during the tranquil early evening hours as the heat subsides. The restaurant aims to introduce a new way to enjoy bills through this "Apéro" experience.

The "Apéro Plan" offered during "Apéro Hour" allows guests to choose two drinks from thirteen options, including original cocktails like the "'sake' Pomegranate Mule" and "Rhubarb Mojito," as well as sparkling wine and beer. They can also select one dish from seven small plate options, such as "Roasted Romanesco" or "Grilled Zucchini with Burrata Cheese," starting from ¥2,800 (excluding tax).

Furthermore, throughout the promotion, the popular "bills House Wine" will be offered at half price all day. Glasses are available from ¥400 (excluding tax), and bottles from ¥2,250 (excluding tax), making it more accessible. The bills House Wine is brewed by "Delinquente," a winery in the Riverland region of South Australia, using methods as close to nature as possible. Its natural winemaking process, with minimal human intervention, complements bills' simple cuisine that highlights the natural flavors of the ingredients, allowing for a casual enjoyment.
