To celebrate its fifth anniversary on April 26 (Wednesday), Shibuya Hikarie will launch a building-wide promotion starting April 20 (Thursday).
The theme of the promotion is "Shibu-Pika Expo 2017: Intersecting, Shibuya in Motion."
Through various perspectives, it will express Shibuya's past, present, and future, fostering the creation and development of new Shibuya culture.
On the 8th floor COURT, a collaboration with HMV & BOOKS presents "Shibuya and Stories."
This market will showcase books, films, and music related to Shibuya, organized by era, allowing visitors to experience the evolution of Shibuya's cityscape and culture.
Additionally, in front of the main entrance on the 1st floor, "Shibuya and a 360° Aerial Experience" will be offered, perfect for the Golden Week holiday season.
Equipped with VR head-mounted displays, visitors can enjoy a 360-degree view of the cityscape from above Shibuya.
ShinQs (Shinkusu) is packed with special events to commemorate the 5th anniversary.
Collaborations will be realized through various angles, such as "ShinQs Shops x Popular/Famous Shibuya Stores," "ShinQs x Dassai," and "ShinQs Shops x Other Brands," featuring partnerships between brands and across different industries.
Furthermore, "Shibuya and Cuisine!" will be held at all 27 cafes, restaurants, and eateries on the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 1st floors, with "Shibuya" as its theme.
A wide variety of gourmet dishes will be available, including SESTSENSO ACCA's "Foie Gras Terrine Chocolat ~Shibuya Moyai Style~."
