Enjoy Sake Stylishly and Casually: "Mirai Nihon Sake / KUBOTA SAKE BAR" Opens in the Reborn Shibuya PARCO
Mirai Sake, a sake startup, and Asahi Shuzo, which brews the Niigata-born sake "Kubota," will open "Mirai Nihon Sake / KUBOTA SAKE BAR," a futuristic sake select shop & bar, on November 22, 2019, in "CHAOS KITCHEN," the main restaurant floor of the reborn Shibuya PARCO, themed around "food, music, and culture."
Experience the New Taste and Enjoyment of "Kubota"
"Mirai Nihon Sake" opened in July 2017 with the theme of "a new sake select shop chosen by concept and story, not just by name recognition or specs." It now operates its Kichijoji store as a flagship shop, a concept store where visitors can enjoy "YUMMY SAKE," an AI-powered sake tasting service.
The first store of its kind, "Mirai Nihon Sake / KUBOTA SAKE BAR," will open in "CHAOS KITCHEN," the basement floor's main restaurant area themed around "food, music, and culture," within the reborn Shibuya PARCO, which is set to reopen in November 2019.
It consists of two areas: a BAR area where visitors can casually enjoy sake and snacks, like a base camp for "CHAOS KITCHEN," and a shop area offering a wide selection of sake.
The BAR area offers various rare sakes by the glass and also houses the "KUBOTA SAKE BAR" in collaboration with the sake "Kubota," allowing guests to experience new ways to enjoy its taste. Visitors can savor all brands of "Kubota," original cocktails, and more, paired with snacks.
Furthermore, seminars and events related to sake are planned. It's also possible to experience Mirai Sake's AI-powered sake tasting service, "YUMMY SAKE," to find sakes, including "Kubota," that match your palate, and discover pairing menus.
The shop area offers a rich selection of sake crafted with passion, including "Kubota," alongside sakes from breweries challenging new brewing methods like "WAKAZE," top global breweries represented by "Yamagata Masamune" and "Mutsu Hassen," and traditional breweries exploring classic sake profiles like "Ryusei" and "Ninja."
Additionally, it will feature items from "Kawago Sake," produced by former Nogizaka46 member Hinano Kawago, rare sakes from partner breweries, and several limited-edition products available only at Mirai Nihon Sake in Tokyo. We invite you to visit and experience a new way to enjoy sake.
