Palace Hotel Tokyo Presents: Exquisite Limited-Edition Spring Offerings

Palace Hotel Tokyo is rolling out a series of delightful spring-exclusive products. On the 6th floor, "Wadakura," the Japanese restaurant, will once again offer "Rei –HARUKA–," a hanami bento box packed with the flavors of spring. Each bento, meticulously crafted with spring ingredients, features colorful chirashi sushi, soup, and dessert, sure to lift your spirits just by looking at it. Additionally, the spring-exclusive recommended kaiseki course, "Wa –NAGOMI–," will be available, featuring dishes like "Kuroge Wagyu Fillet Katsu-ni and Kagawa Olive Pork Loin Katsu Set" and Omi beef sukiyaki.

Also on the 6th floor, "Tsunami" (Tempura), "Horai" (Teppanyaki), and "Estelle" (French Cuisine) will offer lunch and dinner courses incorporating seasonal ingredients. You can enjoy different spring flavors during the day and at night.

From the 1st floor's "The Palace Lounge," comes "Pudding à la Mode," a classic arrangement of fresh seasonal fruits and pudding. The slightly bitter caramel and rich pudding are paired with sweet and sour strawberries in March, and juicy melon from April to May. Served with a lang de chat cookie shaped like a swan gracefully swimming in the moat, it's a visually delightful and festive spring dessert. The "Spring Afternoon Tea," featuring pistachio panna cotta, turnip blancmange, and scones with white sesame and cranberry, is also not to be missed.
