10 Days Only! A Long-Awaited Sushi Lunch Plan to Fully Enjoy Spring's Arrival.

Andaz Tokyo will offer a "Sakura Chirashi Sushi Lunch" for 10 days only, from Monday, March 29th to Friday, April 2nd, and from Monday, April 5th to Friday, April 9th.
This offering will be at "the SUSHI," a hidden gem for adults discreetly located behind the 52nd-floor Rooftop Bar at the hotel's highest level. This marks the first time the SUSHI has offered lunch service since its opening. With a limited 10-day run and its inaugural lunch service, this is a plan not to be missed this spring.
The SUSHI serves authentic Edomae-style sushi and is typically open only for dinner. However, due to numerous requests from guests for lunch service, this special event has been organized.
The lunch menu begins with a green salad with house-made plum and bonito dressing. The main course is a chirashi sushi featuring fish in season, such as sakura sea bream and sakura shrimp, accompanied by two chef's choice small dishes, all served as a course.
For dessert, guests can enjoy seasonal fruits in the Sakura Garden, located in the Triangle area of the Rooftop Terrace on the same floor. Here, amidst Tokyo's stunning cityscape and cherry blossoms, they can savor their dessert with a cup of Japanese tea infused with cherry blossom petals.
