The food menu is based on the concept of "Gourmet & Sweets Waffles Traveling the World," and was devised by Fumio Yonezawa, the first Japanese Sous Chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant "Jean-Georges" in New York.

Pepper PARLOR offers creative dishes that combine global cuisine with waffles, creating a unique culinary experience. Vegan options are also available to cater to a diverse clientele.

Additionally, a coffee stand called "The Premium Coffee" is featured within Pepper PARLOR, dedicated to serving a perfect cup through meticulous attention to baristas, machines, and beans.

The coffee beans are sourced from Miccafe Co., Ltd., a company whose mission is to "make all coffee delicious." Ryota Nakagawa, a coffee creator, meticulously crafts the "Pepper PARLOR Premium Blend" each season.

The coffee brewing machine, "Poursteady" (Melitta Japan Inc.), was co-developed by NASA's robot engineers and technicians. Nakagawa's expert techniques for pouring and blooming have been programmed and are perfectly replicated, ensuring that you can always enjoy exquisite coffee brewed with the highest skill.

Original merchandise that embodies the world of Pepper PARLOR will also be available.

Following the concept of "Pepper Traveling the World," items such as mugs and T-shirts featuring original illustrations by popular illustrator Seiji Matsumoto will be released.

Additionally, chocolates created in collaboration with Shibuya's chocolatier "MUSEE DE CHOCOLAT THEOBROMA," and coffee beans of the "Pepper PARLOR Premium Blend" served at "The Premium Coffee" will also be on sale.

Furthermore, under the theme of "Pepper PARLOR's Dedicated NIPPON Craftsmanship," items that tell a story of Japanese manufacturing, such as original keychains, handkerchiefs, notebooks, and tote bags featuring the "Pepper PARLOR" logo, will be available.
