99% Customer Satisfaction! Pan&'s Hugely Popular Mother's Day Gift Sold Out Within Two Weeks of Pre-Orders Opening.

Pan&, a purveyor of high-quality frozen bread, conducted a "Mother's Day Survey" targeting 800 women nationwide who have children and are mothers. Based on the survey results, they launched a project to connect the feelings of mothers and children through a "special enclosure" themed "Pan& Thanks Delivery: Let's Send Bread for Mother's Day - Bread That Bakes in 10 Minutes and a Mother's Story Told in 10 Minutes." The "Mother's Day Gift," a selection of frozen breads, was offered with a short story, readable in 10 minutes, specially written by a popular author who gained attention on Twitter, and a reply letter for the mother and the sender to exchange sentiments.

This unique Mother's Day gift captured attention, selling out its planned quantity within two weeks of its release and achieving a 99% satisfaction rate.

Pan&'s Mother's Day Project, "Pan& Thanks Delivery: Let's Send Bread for Mother's Day - Bread That Bakes in 10 Minutes and a Mother's Story Told in 10 Minutes," Responds to Modern Mothers' Sentiments.

In conjunction with the release of the "Mother's Day Gift," Pan& conducted a survey on Mother's Day (※1).
When asked, "If you receive a message of gratitude from your child on Mother's Day, do you want to convey your feelings such as 'Thank you,' 'I was happy,' or 'Let's continue to get along well' back to your child?", 72% answered "Yes" and 15.8% answered "Somewhat yes," revealing that 87.8%, or about 90%, of mothers wish to express their gratitude to their children on Mother's Day. Furthermore, when asked, "On the occasion of Mother's Day, how do you want to relate to your children?", 35.3% responded "I want to increase communication," 25% said "I want to deepen our bond," and 34.9% stated "I want to convey my feelings to my children as a mother." This indicated that many mothers across all age groups wish to communicate with their children, using Mother's Day as an opportunity.

From these survey results, Pan& deduced that "mothers might be thinking more about their children than vice versa" this Mother's Day. To address the sentiments of mothers in recent Mother's Day observances, they launched the "Pan& Thanks Delivery: Let's Send Bread for Mother's Day - Bread That Bakes in 10 Minutes and a Mother's Story Told in 10 Minutes" project.
They released a limited-edition Mother's Day gift set that included a "Mother's Day Gift" featuring frozen breads and soups, a 10-minute short story specially written by a popular author who gained attention on Twitter, and a reply letter for the mother and sender to exchange sentiments. The unique gift composition garnered attention, with the planned quantity selling out within two weeks of its release. The number of orders received was more than eight times that since the initial launch in 2018. A survey (※2) of purchasers revealed that among those who ordered the Mother's Day gift, 80% were "Very Satisfied" and 19% were "Somewhat Satisfied," achieving an overall satisfaction rate of 99%. They also received comments such as, "This is perfect every year" and "It was delicious."
