Air France will offer six dishes created by Michelin-starred chef François Adamski on its long-haul and medium-haul business class flights from Paris.

Starting in July, Air France will offer main dishes created by Chef François Adamski for three months on its business class flights.

Chef Adamski earned the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) in 2007 and was the winner of the Bocuse d'Or, the pinnacle of professional French cuisine competitions, in 2001.

Hailing from northern France, Adamski is known for his quiet yet relentless dedication and talent, establishing himself as one of the promising young chefs upholding the traditions of French cuisine.

His seemingly simple dishes are the result of meticulous attention to detail and delicate craftsmanship.

Currently, François Adamski serves as the French team leader for the Bocuse d'Or, the highest honor in professional culinary competitions, supporting French chefs in collaboration with Air France and its catering subsidiary, Servair.

Since October 2015, he has been developing in-flight meals for Air France's long-haul and medium-haul routes in partnership with the catering company Servair.

He has devised six new main dishes for this collaboration.

Two of these will be offered each month on long-haul and medium-haul flights departing from Paris.
