Over approximately one year, A Seed Star Inc. conducts its own research on regions and farmers, grasping the production status and fruit quality for that year, to ensure the delivery of the highest quality "seasonal" taste.

The "Florida Grapefruit Chu-hai" being introduced this time uses grapefruit from Florida, the world's largest producing region, which is familiar to Japanese consumers. It was chosen for its refreshing aroma and well-balanced acidity.

Meanwhile, the "Fukushima Peach Chu-hai" uses the "Akatsuki" peach, a variety deeply loved locally in Fukushima, the "fruit kingdom," known for its excellent balance of sweetness and aroma that pairs well with chu-hai. Its rich sweetness, nurtured by the temperature difference between summer and winter, is its charm.

Along with this, the packaging will also be renewed, and sales channels are planned to expand in the future.
